    Ah, maybe that Citra, not sure which format they use. I think the 3DS didn't allow the WUP format as such, hence that I got confused. I'll have a look at that emulator later... I want to see what's the resolution of a 3DS game in a larger screen mainly.

    I decided to format it just now, otherwise it can take weeks if I leave it. I can access 'data management' now at least... I still wonder if the failed installation the other day was the culprit of it that was just a red herring.
