    Well after 2 formats I'm still having the failed cia information error. I'll just wait till I wake up to see if anything gets better for N3DS Xl users.

    For the N3DS users who formatted their sd card, how many tries did it take for the downgrade to work. I don't want to do it but if it's almost instant it's an option I'll take.
