    People are saying that desmume is better than no$gba, but i get better graphics on the no$gba, i tested dragon quest monsters joker and it looks better

    Just a quick question I have the fire red (U) rom as well the emu, but what to do with the .ips file? I'm new on patch things help there should be a tutorial pinned somewhere... i searched here i couldnt find it
