    Hi All, Whenever I try to go onto battlespot, I always get a communication error when I find an opponent whilst using a wifi adapter as a hotspot. Anyone know what could be causing this?

    Anyone having issues with battle spot when using a hotspot? As soon as I find an opponent I get an error has occurred every time. I probably shouldn't have jumped straight into rating battle as it has given me 5 losses before I realised xD

    IP is definitely correct. My pc is on a wired connection and I have bought a wireless adapter to enable me to setup the hotspot. Do you have a similar setup to this? Just to clarify, my ds connects to the internet when using connectify but i I can't connect it to kit-kat.

    Done all of the above and still no luck with the mobile hotspot through windows or connectify. Anyone else having this issue? Works fine when I just connect my ds directly to router however, as the router is on the other side of my house, I normally disconnect halfway through a match.

    My ds won't connect to the mobile hotspot. Thank you for the suggestion though. I can connect to the internet when using connectify, any reason why it won't work with kit-kat?
