Running it on PC now, seems to be very slow compared to DD.
Note that emu nand is booting fine. What doesn't work...
Trying to migrate to a bigger SD card.
First failed attempt using Linux DD + gparted to move/resize partitions (hekate refused to even look at the card).
Second attempt:
1) created emunand partition using hekate
2) cloned partition data from old card (dd)
3) copied files, keeping emunand.ini...

My issue of SXOS stuff not running on ATM was caused by... me not realizing that with EMU, Nintendo folder is located in emu related folder and not in root.
Now things seem to work fine.
I'd add to that question: is there anything, besides payload and SD card content, that is changed in the system by hekte/atmo?
