    Im assuming I'm not banned yet, bc i can still access eshop on stock just fine, but on Sys none of my internet functionality involving Nintendo's servers give me the connectivity error code.

    I don't think i have. Exclusively used EmuMMC for installing. Only swapped to Sys when i wanted to start dumping my copy of smash. How do i know if Nintendo ended up banning me? Is there a notification? Or I just won't be able to connect anymore?
