    tails100, they didn't really even need a save. When they extract the files from the rom they have access to every text file in the game, regardless how far along in the game it is.

    I don't think anyone should worry about trying to figure out how to use DSLazy and MapleTrans. Unless you are able to translate and patch the whole game before the official translator group can, it'll be a waste of you time. That is, unless your just messing around and trying to learn how to hack.

    Darklord1236 what you have to do is download DSLazy and open it. Load the ROM (MaplestoryDS) and choose Rom Unpacker. Now go to the DSLazy Folder, Drag all of the files from MapleTrans into there. Now run MapleTrans.exe. Give it a few minutes and it should work. Enjoy.

    donny124, I'm sorry to say it's not as easy as just editing a text file. You need knowledge of HEX editing and rom hacking.

    If you do release the patch with a semi-translated version would you mind sending it to me? Also I could help edit and check the "Maplestory Grammar" because I've played maplestory since back when it first came out. Thanks.
