From what I can tell if you have an SD card inserted it will always revert back to saving there no matter what.     Plugins are on SD. I wanted all files on the SD other than saves. Unfortunately I think you are right and the GX emulators cannot correctly save the settings when launching from wiiflow.

    Still not working. wiiflow still reverts the settings.xml lines to the original values of 1 once a rom is launched. I have the settings.xml also in my apps/fceugx and those values were NOT reverted and remained at 0.
