    Your defragmenter didn't do a very good job, the ISO file is still spread over 557 fragments which is causing the "Audio Underflow!" messages and the stuttering. Ikaruga is sensitive to the audio stream position, if it plays too fast or slow it causes the game to reset. Getting a new ISO file...

    Paste a new log, it will show if the ISO is properly defragmented.
