    Hardware Dpad is broken

    Oh btw, I can click the note button to pop Joysens, which by coincidence is enabled, and there i can move left right. Hard resetting with L and R pressed gets my in the recovery menu, but there its still moving up only. I think you should follow your manual book or you can talk with customer...
