    Thanks for the replies guys! @BelmontSlayer it worked in handheld mode but it does not recognize that it’s docked. So then I deleted all connected controllers and now won’t sync back up at all. I will open it back up and recheck all connections.

    Hacking Gamecube Adapter Support and FAQ

    For noobs like me that need instruction for nintendont, change "loader.dol" to "boot.dol" and place in your nintendont folder. Works like a charm (don't forget to enable hid controller via nintendont options).
