I think that, since the only thing people ends up modifying regularly on a 3DS NAND are the save files, maybe there could be a way to sync them on some menu option between both emus? At least the way I've been able to manage the virtual NAND...

Honestly I think that's really good advice. I have been struggling with keeping up my work with Dekopon - since we seem to be going in different directions. I should really think about separating folders so people don't run into unintended...
