    eh its fine i figured it out, turns out i needed the modded version of luma that has the plugin loader

    Can you install luma 3ds 9.1 on 11.17 or will it mess up the console because im trying to install homebrew with the kartdlphax method and "enable plugin loader" doesn't show up in rosalina so i can't continue the method without luma 3ds 9.1, and im unsure if putting 9.1 on my 11.17 version 3ds...
