    No, you have to create a blank text document under windows and save it as xxx.bat ... You have to connect your vita over USB to "unhide" all files. Its only useful if you use USB instead of FTP with VitaShell.

    Make a new text document, paste this and save it as a batch file (.bat) ... Thats the way i do it, if i connect my vita over usb, works great.
