    I don't have any modchip, I tried with another official mario kart disc and I still have the same problem.

    I think that I tried ~20 times and it was rare that I could play more thant one race.

    I finished the game without any problem but I still have this issue while playing online so I guess that's not the drive. My router is a linksys wrt 54 GL (not sur for the GL, I'm not at home). What's yours?

    Hi. I have the same problem on a non modded wii I tried with another official mario kart disc working in my friend's wii and it crashes the same way The most strange thing is that, as you said, it does it does not specially occur when the game needs to load... I have no problem at all...
