    I'm going to take a guess and assume that the black screen hang up hasn't had a determined cause? Just have to try your luck on a verified working title? Had it working just fine, but then it didn't load the second, third, nth time. xD

    I believe you hold B on the Gamecube controller as you start the program. I'm using the Custom MIOS as well, v3. Couldn't find the proper WAD file so I made my own out of the DOL file. Have selected the auto detect feature, tried forceloading NTSC and the various other options. Going to try...
