    Unless there's a leak of encryption keys, I'd bet on hadware mod. As said here before, there is so much passion and glory in hacking Ninty console (best point), that this will happen. For me, this console will be hacked.

    totally agree. such bad move really makes wanna kick their ass (if I could). I which a hack came soon so that a patch could be produced to bypass this, but I'm naïve, I don't know it would actually be possible ... :-|
