    I idiotically made a shipping/billing mistake in the address field, sent the product to New mexico instead of new jersey (damn drop down boxs). i sent a ticket request last night and haven't gotten a response yet. Is it possible for them to re-route shipments? Anyway, i'm getting anxious now...

    Just curious How quick Shoptemp support is on high priority tickets. Made a rather idiotic shipping/billing mistake and was wondering how quickly you others who may have needed support got it. thanks. P.S. yes i know this is not were to ask for OFFICIAL help, i just asking a question.
