    Most likely not. The serial is low, but the P/N you should be looking for is 27452400-6 and the one in the picture is 27452511-9. Look at the box - shouldn't have and HDR logo and should have the call of duty, hzd and one more games on the back.

    GT Sport was released mid October, so any bundles containing it will be 4.7+, most likely 5.00+

    As I said in the first post, I highly doubt 71xx would have a good firmware in any region as that hardware revision was released late 2017 and the 4.7 firmware was released in June 2017. To be certain, we need something manufactured before June.

    Those digits are region identifiers. You are seeing 16 cause you are in Europe. 15s are in the USA.
