Hacking PastaCFW with rxtools emunand FBI errors
On your SD card navigate to "Nintendo 3DS/<id0>/<id1>/". Create one folder named "dbs" then create one or two files in this folder named title.db and import.db . Put the SD card back in your 3ds and go to System Settings, and attempt to manage the SD software. Let the 3DS do its repair process...- -LuCas-

Tested using OSKA.3dsx [Alpha 6] on EUR Old 3DS 4.5.0-8E (sysnand) Freezes on executing code under ARM11 Kernel with a red dot bottom left kicking me back to Sysnand Doesn't return to the launcher Doesn't return to the launcher with an orange dot bottom the left after when I pressed X Freezes...- -LuCas-

It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid

Ship to ship communication software for the Navy although without access to the encrypting chips it was mostly useless
