    My NNID still works on the miiverse page if accessed from a pc and the WiiU that has it works just fine. I don't want to 100% prove anything but I think it's fine to use the "tainted" NNID on a different 3DS.

    Can banned consoles trade locally? I have my brother's 3DS that's non-hacked, so I was thinking of just putting my current save to the game cart I'm getting the 23rd and then in case I need to use the pkhex or freebank just trade locally between the two consoles.
