    Yes. The only option left is https://3ds.guide/homebrew-launcher-(alternatives). OP most likely has an old version of Nintendo 3DS Sound now.

    You won't be able to use soundhax after cart update. Your options from the guide are now "Decrypt9 (MSET)" or "Homebrew Launcher (Alternatives)".

    I had a broken top screen ribbon and couldn't get to luma settings or hear the home menu music. I think this is not the case for you.

    Have you tried removing the battery for a couple of seconds? Seems to be a hardware fault at this point.

    Partition layout is fine. I think it's just some leftover data that didn't get overwritten after formatting, and cfw still somehow manages to use it. Format your card from windows with "quick format" unchecked, and you'll be fine.
