    UPDATE: I used another dump of the game and it did not freeze there or anywhere through the rest of the game. But ya if you like it buy it.

    I have the exact same problem except it occurs in chapter six right after the boss speaks to you. I tried it with the soft reset off and no luck. I upgraded to the latest firmware (1.17) and still no luck.
