    Truth be told, I don't think Nintendo cares, just based on the fact that they told people with review copies not to go online. If you went (or go) online before the release date in your region, they're going to ban you, regardless of if it's a legit (which is a load of crap) or not.

    I bought my CycloDS from Realhotdeals.com and had no problems. Consolesource.com is another good site. I've bought an Acekard2i (other then it locking up on the DS), HDLoader (for PS2) and Breaker Pro (for PS1) from them and had no problems with any of those orders.

    I'm having the same problem with the 2i that I just got. I've tried it in two DS's and its locking up both of them. Its not either DS's as my CycloDS card works without a hitch in both of them. Just got this too, this sucks
