    Yeah, I don't have the game. I can find online saves, but I don't want to have to find the game, download it, or get a physical copy just to get a save. The particular app to create folders with title ID seems interesting, but I don't know where you saw that.

    If you just level up your pokemon with rare candies or xp candies, they will get max friendship after 15-25 levels approximately, even if you just caught that pokemon.

    Yes. Is there one ine the temple of sinnoh, between Celestica ruins and primeval grotto or near stonetooth and bolderoll ravine? Those are the areas I didn't find wisps, but maybe I found one there before.

    I'm not entirely sure, but I heard it might be the recoil damage you receive form that move that allows basculin to evolve. So maybe you are using the infinite hp cheat and are not receiving any recoil damage, therefore not meeting the requirement to evolve. Or, you need to use the move more...

    Tested it more and it seems overworld doesn't work (battle is fine). Maybe there is a mastercode I need to add or it doesn't work well well with other cheats.
