    I've got a terrabyte drive which is formatted into 1 gb FAT32 for loader/covers, and 2x450gb WBFS for the games.     If anyone is getting the DSI error, see if you have GUI = Start set in your config file. if so, try changing if to GUI = 1. Also try removing theme = XXX if you have it set. You should then be able to launch games from the console rather than the GUI. this worked for me as a temporary fix...
