    http://gbatemp.net/t281595-iedge-2-2-firmw...roblem-advisory Here is the answer. I couldn't find this at first for some reason. Put all your ROMs and SAVs on in the root directory of the iEDGE until they resolve the issue. Worked for me.

    Hacking iedge save problem

    I am having the same problem. I installed the new OS v2.2 and then the new v3 Bootstrap onto a new microSD then transferred all my games and saves. Did you do this as well? Were you running the newest OS and Bootstrap? I tried a couple things, but with no luck yet.
