    For whatever reason the problem was with my neogeo.zip bios (which worked fine in pFBA...). In case anyone wonder I downloaded the latest UNIVERSE bios, renamed the rom file to asia-s3.rom and replaced it in my neogeo.zip file. After that Metal Slug 3 and X are working with the fba core

    Homebrew RetroArch Switch

    Has anyone managed to play Metal Slug on RetroArch ? I tried different cores (fba, mame2003, mame2003-plus, mame2000, all updated to the latest build as of today) but my Switch always crash with error 2168-0002. All versions of MS crash (I tried Metal Slug 1, 3, and X, maybe some others too)...
