    Tutorial [Tutorial] Installing rxTools Custom Firmware - (3DS and 2DS)

    Help in step 3! its crashed when I try to open browser on 3ds... after that I went to sd on computer and I checked the rxtools folder and its empty. after that I tried to erase the folder to do the step 2 again and it doesn't erase! and is not deleted. and I do not know what to do. help!
