    Yeah, followed those steps. I'll try plugging the SD card into my computer to delete the folders instead as the folders on the Old 2DS took a while to delete while coming up with loads of errors while doing it.

    I tried reinstalling on both and its exactly the same issue, New 3DS works but Old 2DS does not.

    I would assume so as if one or more parts are not being supplied power like they should be then the excess power from the battery could cause other parts to overload.

    The LED comes on for a second or two then turns off, it doesn't fade away. auto If I hold start, select and x ad then try and power it on the light stays on until I let go of the buttons, but nothing comes up on the screens.
