Not sure how you're going to scalp this if Nintendo is known to make unlimited numbers. This is not that 30th anniversary that Sony pulled off and only made a handful of units. They make these in the millions.

Yeaaaaaa, or when whole thing was moulded into limited color plastic as the baseline and then laser etched properly. At the same time, what kinda dolt (oh right, redditors) takes acetone to anything plastic..... There will be pre-order windows...

I know I will be one of them. I think I will buy the replacement back/JoyCon/pro controller/Dock shells. It will be way cheaper that way. That is only if a miracle does...
