    Ok guys It took awhile but I did it. So the ones on amazon are almost definitely all ipatched or I'm just very unlucky since I returned 3. I just gave up and bought one from a clueless Ebay seller who didn't know the value if his Switch and sold it for 280 €

    So I just saw on amazon that they sell used Switches 2017 edition from "Amazon Warehouse" and I was wondering if they could be modded. From what I found lurking here it seems as long as the Switch is before August/ July 2018 it's should be unpatched but I would like some kind of confirmation...
