Sorry for any inconvenience in advance. Thanks for the help! I'm sorry if I'm misunderstanding but when i go to modify anything wether its skills or inventory all of that is done on the PC correct? or is it done on homebrew itself? and I'm not sure i know what the editor is- lalo025

I am new to this and just hacked my 3ds. I have the Special edition Cartridge and access to Homebrew. How do I access the convoy and skills modifier chart? like it shows on the screen shots- lalo025
