I have a bunch of slims and a bunch of super slims...
My understanding:
PS3 Slim:
The RSX on ALL PS3 Slims is deliddable.
The CELL is deliddable with some models and NOT deliddable with others.
PS3 Super Slims:
The RSX does not have an IHS on ALL models.
The CELL is soldered to the IHS on...
So I own a slim 20xx which has 2x NEC Tokins on the top + 2x on the bottom of the board.
I want to replace ALL 4 Nec Tokin caps.
(0) Should I just replace the NEC Tokins on the top ? Or should I replace the bottom ones too ? Does it hurt if I change them all ?
(1) How many of these Tantalum...
Two of my controllers have bad analog sticks, I want to desolder the bad ones and replace them with new analog sticks...But I don't know which analog stick I should buy...

I have purchased the brook adapter which allows me to use DS3s with a PS2 console, The adapter detects pressure sensitivity.
Can I play all PS2 games with a DS3 without any issues ? I am asking because DS2 has 8 × pressure-sensitive buttons whereas a DS3 has 6 × pressure-sensitive buttons ...
Since I am using a physical memory card for saves and powering off the PS2 console during the game while saves are not being written is safe, I have decided to use the physical power button on the console to power off the system, but I have a question:

so you are saying you do L1+R1+L2+R2+Start+Select which takes you to the OPL menu...but then how do you exit OPL ?
By turning off manually, you mean pressing the power button on the console or the L1+R1+L2+R2+Start+Select combo ?
