That's not true at all, I suspect you're confusing static IP with an IP that rarely changes. Most people in the UK are on a dynamic IP, but it's leased via DHCP so as long as you leave your modem on, it won't change often - but it will still occasionally change. I had the same IP for nearly 2...- Kushan
