    Might be the temp sensor is blown which can happen. Our the cooler doesn't sit propet. But experience tells me it's the sensor.... Might try a fan speed software. But you need to have an eye on the temps then!

    Could be a lot of things. Personally I test consoles before I ship them. So in my case the best timing file is on the chip. But.... Boot times can vary a lot depending on (for example) where the customer places the box. Right above a av receiver or a big speaker can make all effort gone...
