    This collection has Butoden 2 which released as VC outside of Japan, but how did they do it? I've heard that this and Butoden are either ports or an emulator of some sorts considering the feature set they have, I've also heard from a user who posted long ago that there's NES and SNES ROMS...

    This might be a dumb idea, but I've gotten curious about injecting a ROM into J Legends Retsuden or a Virtual Console title.

    So, I've been recently dicking around with homebrew, modding tools and all that. Well, I found out that the Old series 3DS can handle most SNES and NES games pretty well (with a few exceptions), but I got curious if it's possible to swap the ROM of a VC title or something similar to J Legends...

    Anyone know how to do some Famicom VC voodoo and deal with the mapper stuff? I'm trying to inject MOTHER (Famicom) into the official 3ds VC emulator, and it sometimes works, but I want the VC menu in Japanese while trying to patch the run button in. Other times, it crashes at the title screen...
