    Homebrew [POC] Fallout 1 for 3DS

    Having this exact same issue. Installed the CIA, moved the folders from my Steam version into the 3ds/fallout/ directory and it sometimes displays a piece of loading art but even then just goes back to a black screen. . Tried with and without Luma's CLOCK+L2 function

    used original post CIA and used the most recent (Aug 29 2024) but both crash when I try starting a new game. I even tried moving every file (except the bad .DEM files) and no luck. Using the Steam version of the game, pulling from the Blood/DOS/C/BLOOD directory. The latter even crashes on launch

    Why doesn't this remove the gender restriction on Dread Fighter and Bride? That's 90% of the reason to use it in the first place

    Okay but how do you do this on your desktop? I'm trying to test this for an emulator because I haven't hacked my 3DS yet

    Finally figured that out but the patching just isn't working as OP said it would. I have the patch and the romfs.bin but always get some sort of error no matter what I try to name it or write in xDeltaUI

    I've been trying to get this to work for over an hour now, can someone PLEASE explain an easy way to dump the .bin file from a .3DS ROM on my computer so I can just patch this up and play using Citra? I don't need all these overcomplicated programs that only work on hacked 3DS systems
