    Because of max exp cap, it will turn into the level with your pokemon's current exp or if it exceeds max exp (i.e 999999999), the level will become 100 even after one battle in single mode, moved into box, and of course any kind of online battle/trade.

    There will be new Cyber Gadget's saveEditor 2 in this late August. I don't think they are gonna let you edit unreleased Pokemons but you never know. Edit. I believe this will only work on Japanese 3DS.
