    Yeah I'm 100% sure you won't get banned on the eshop the only ban I heard of was this one https://www.reddit.com/r/3dshacks/comments/5d84vo/got_banned_using_wonder_trade_on_pokemon_moon_be/ and even then it was because of it not even releasing yet also how do you know if it is misinformation...

    Yeah your right about the CIA version it works and can found my NNID even has my serial number and battery + voltage on the cia version if that is the case why not remove the HBL one?

    Well I don't think Nintendo cares about people getting that game for free considering only around 200k people actually use homebrew (I think I could be way off) and even then some of them still buy Nintendo products such as Pokemon games since they support Nintendo

    Well I already did guess I will find out later if I will have my NNID banned but it doesn't seem like it will cause any problems considering I went to Eshop yesterday unless they do ban waves every 2 weeks or something?
