    Same problem as this guy, i don't know if it has to do but I have a 2DS instead of a 3DS, but I checked that the firmware is correct and everything is all right, just having the same problem as this guy.

    Im not downgrading with FBI, im installing the CIA with FBI, but always get 0% and then fail, just more than 50 attempts on installing the cia. auto Is there another instaler for 10.3 firmware appart from FBI 10.3?

    I just have more than 50 attempts with the FBI 10.3 and only starts at 0% and then error, a long night awaits me, very unestable, hope the 100% secure downgrader comes soon...
