    ROM Hack Question Assassin's Creed Black Flag save to PC.

    I know that in certain games (mainly Stardew Valley) it is possible to take the save game from a Switch and transfer it to your PC version through Edizon/Checkpoint, but is it possible to do this with Assassin's Creed Black Flag?
