Why don't you make your life easy by using ftpii and WBFS Manager 2.5 look up both on google or wiibrew.org. ftpii requires that you have wireless connection and a ftp client on your computer (i find FireFTP for Firefox very intuitive and easy to work with); WBFS Manager 2.5 is a gui based tool...

have few more questions, for cover arts, if you have the wide screen setting do the box cover arts still have to be 160x224? the reason I ask is that the 16:9 cover arts I see at http://www.theotherzone.com/wii is different in dimension to the 160x224 versions that the first post is...
In the following website http://www.theotherzone.com/wii you can convert the 225 graphic arts to 224. Near the top of the page, there are input boxes to indicate the pixel size you want to convert to.
Is this a correct config?
wimages_path=SD:/apps/usbloader/wimages/
wtheme_path =SD:/apps/usbloader/wmytheme/
wbackground = background.png
is wbackground = background.png required here? if so, do I rename background.png to wbackground.png ?
why is your dol so large? i saw another version of the r138 several posts down that is almost half the size. I take it there is a good reason, but was curious.
you have to manually download and place the box cover arts and disc image into sd:/images/ (for cover art) and sd:/images/disc/ (for disc image).
read the first posting for the same direction and where to find the images.
