    Thanks So it doesn't break a Modchip ability to play games. Only the ability to play region free games. Am i correct?

    I have a modded wii. No homebrew channel(whatever that it). Is it safe to update my Wii to the latest version through my Wii? Or will the games i downloaded won't work anymore?
