Hey guys. I tried to downgrade my N3DSXL from 10.3.0-28E to 9.2.0-20E the following way:
- Updated the 3DS from 10.1.0.27E to 10.3.0-28E
- Installed "the homebrew launcher" via browserhax
- Installed menuhax
- Installed ironhax
- Waited a few days
- Being pleased about 3DS downgrade possibility...
