    It looks like I did more damage than good as some pins have been pulled out. Would just replacing the FPC connector not be the better solution at this point?

    I have narrowed it down to the pins are loose on the Motherboard. If I hold down the sd card reader connector just right it doesn't boot into 1 bit mode.
