    Alright thanks for the advice (: they had 4 of these black new 3ds xls and they were all qw1035, I just got the wrong one I'll try returning it and buying it again

    Yeah, but then I checked if it had a profile and it did so I guess someone had it and updated then returned it. It even had their WiFi setup. Does the 3d demo mean anything?

    I have backed up everything that was on the 3dssd card, then I formated sysnand then emunand, when I put everything back on the SD card my eshop games don't show on the menu but I can download them from eshop, how can I get my saves back?
