    You need an entry point. If your on 10.6 or 10.7, you need a physical copy and then you can load the hax on the eShop version. If your 10.5 or less, you can use browserhax.

    Mine takes maybe 15 seconds? Never timed but but never felt like it was very long. It takes 17.26 from power on to fully loaded menu with 70+ games.

    Reinand just brought support for sysnand but I never saw details on how to launch it. I'd just wait since it was "crude" according to the release notes.

    Make sure you have the firmware.bin and the firmware90.bin in the Rei folder. You get them from the firm.7z on the GitHub page.
