    i have the same issue.i check console and it was on 17.01 then i put sd card 512 and console download some update.after installing chip i have infinite blue light .ending with 3 yellow witch mean time limit reached cannot glitched. 1702656432 imy case i heave the same inifinite blue ligt...

    install webman and setup manual speed for about 40%. enable automatic speed and set for 65-68 celsius.

    try put more pressure betwen cpu heatspreaders and coller.you have to prepare piece of hard paper and stick on plate with super glue.guy named nsc on youtube have many tutorials "how to".
