Tell us the name of the game, some games that use multiple audio sessions will cause a crash on any background music player. It's not a homebrew issue but it's a switch limitiation.

As the title states, the save is completed with all honors, multiple saves were made across all 20 slots but you can start over however you want. Ultimate Mode is available as well. -

Also, here is a save from Onimusha 1 Remastered from another save but the third or extra file starts you at the beginning in Ultimate Mode. It is also 100% completed.
